Situated in nature
RV park Stee in Lhee is situated only 5 km from highway A28 in the Drenthe village of Lhee. Within 5 minutes you can find yourself on the Brink of Dwingeloo with all of its facilities. Additionally a 5 minute walk and you find yourself in the nature area “National park Dwingelderveld”.
Services
RV park Stee in Lhee consists of 84 spacious semi-paved pitches. Your campervan will be situated on lawn reinforced plastic tiles which will give you the reinforcement you want while still being situated on a lawn. Green and at the same time paved! Every pitch is 6.5m wide and at minimum 10m long. You will find shelter while still having a wide view over the beautiful landscape of Drenthe. On the terrain you will find many types of fruit trees and local plants. The entire terrain is suited for the disabled. Well paved, no obstacles and a toilet suited for the disabled is present. In the information shed you can find all sorts of information from the areas and many reading books to borrow.
Energy neutral
RV park Stee in Lhee is completely energy neutral, all power is generator ourself and no gas is used. The electricity is generated with use of solar panel on our shed’s roof. Solarboilers supply the sanitary building with hot water.
No reservation required
There is no need to book in advance, you can see the availability on location using the check-in column. The check in column can be used to pay, € 19,30 per night, excl tourist tax (2024 € 1.35 per person / per night). The price is all inclusive; free 16 amp electricity, drinking water, free use of the luxury sanitary, you can discharge your dirty water and chemical toilet waste for free. WIFI is included too.
Sanitary
The both sanitary buildings will have 4 showers, 3 toilets (including 1 for the disabled), 4 sinks (of which 2 offer individual privacy). For a fee (bank card) you can make use of washing machine and tumble dryer.
Administrator present
Although the RV park is self-service you will find the manager or staff on site every day.
Surroundings
RV park Stee in Lhee is situated on quiet cul-de-sac in Lhee. From the back of the campsite you can walk to the center of Dwingeloo within a few minutes.
Dwingeloo
Dwingeloo is the best known authentic village (“Brinkdorp”) in Drenthe. You will find here all you need for the daily necessities. In addition to the Albert Heijn and Aldi supermarkets you will find a medical center, department store, bicycle shop, butcher, bakery, organic vegetable farmer, drugstore, post office, flower shop, furniture shop and gift shop. Directly adjacent to RV park Stee in Lhee is Flechter hotel de Borken with brasserie and breakfast possibilities. In Dwingeloo around city center and direct surroundings you will find a variety of bars and restaurants which are opened 7 days a week all year round.

National Park Dwingelderveld
RV park Stee in Lhee is only situated 450 m from National Park Dwingelderveld.
A spacious 4000ha nature area, which is known as the largest wet heathland of north west Europe. Here endless walking trails and bicycle routes are at your disposal. Several pre planned routes will ensure you see most beautiful places of the park, either by foot or bicycle. Additionally there are signposted routes for ATB, horse riding and horse-drawn carriages. Using these routes also allow you to easily access the surrounding nature parks. The Drents Friese Wold (national park) and Holtingerveld (nature area formed by ice age and war), are within cycling distance. Download here all the information; dv1oogopslagengels.

Beside the abundant options to explore nature many more sights await you. Since RV park Stee in Lhee is only 5km away from exit 29 of highway A28, many other destinations are easily and quickly accessible.
You can find yourself within half an hour driving in fornt of the TT track of Assen (23km). During international races group transport can be arranged.
The well known performance of the Shakespeare theather in Diever (7km) draw large crowds every summer. A unique experience to see this in an open air theahter.

Reservations
As individual visitor you do not have to book in advance during the season. In case you are travelling as a group or want to visit or with an association it is advisable to call or email us.
It is advisable to consult this site for special holidays or events. If the RV park is full, this will be stated on the home page.
At the check-in column you enter your desired pitch and pay with your bank card (cash payment is not possible). The same payment method applies for the washing machine and dryer. All other facilities are inclusive.
In case you whish to make use of a pitch including a spa, pitch with private sauna or like to explorea with our rental electric car, please make this known tot he manager. This can be done by telephone or by email/contact form.

Facilities
The riding paths of camper park Stee in Lhee are paved with red concrete pavers. All 60 spacious pitches are paved with plastic grass tiles, sown with grass. You are always standing on hard ground, but you can, for example, always hit the pegs or pins in the ground.
Check-in, electricity, water and WiFi
We use a digital check-in column. Here you pay for your stay with your bank card and you will receive a receipt and a personal login code for good WiFi. All places are equipped with a 16 amp. power connection, with a maximum distance to the column of 25m. If necessary, you can request a cable from the manager (for a deposit). There is a connection for drinking water on the power columns.
Pond and sauna
The rear pitches next to the pond can have adjusted pricing. At these places you can use a private sauna. Ask about the availability!
Sanitary building
The centrally located sanitary building has pleasant underfloor heating, has a separate toilet room and shower room. In this building you will also find the washing machine and dryer. You can pay for this service on site with your bank card.
RV dump station
You can discharge the dirty water above the sanitation station. Here you can also use a water hose to spray your things with. The RV dump station is easily accessible and you can discretely discharge your chemical toilet.
Rental of electric car and charging bicycles
You can rent an electric car at a daily rate. Ask for the conditions! You can place bicycles at the designated location, here there is also a charging option.

Prices;
At RV park Stee in Lhee you pay an all-inclusive price (excluding municipal tax). All pitches offer space for campers up to 10 meters, but always check the map or look at the spot to ensure your camper will fit.
Basic rate: € 19,30 per night (2023)
The overnight rate per vehicle is € 19.30 per night. This includes 16 amp. electricity 6000W, (>€0,50/kW) drinking water, use of sanitary facilities and dumping of dirty water. You pay € 1.35 municipality tax in 2024 (per person, per night). This is automatically settled with the payment column. As an example; You pay € 22,00 per night for 2 people per camper.
You will receive a ticket after payment. You place this with data visible behind the windscreen of your RV. You will also receive a ticket with your personal login details for the Wi-Fi connection.
Additional provisions
Places 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47 have an adjusted rate due to the possibility of additional provision. If you want to use the extra facilities such as the sauna, you can indicate this to the manager. Earlier on it was indicated this can be done at the check-in column.
Route;
From the A28
From the A28 (Groningen-Zwolle), take exit 29 (Dwingeloo / Spier) and drive on the N855 towards Dwingeloo. Here you take the Lhee exit or follow the brown signs with the camper logo.
From the N371
From the N371 you drive from Dieverbrug towards the A28 and follow the brown signs with the camper logo.
Camper area
The site is located on a quiet road. We expect our guests to take account of the local residents and adjust their driving pace accordingly.
